All sales are final.
Once work has begun, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including (but not limited to):
Ungating applications
Invoice reviews
Letter of Authorization (LOA) preparation
Appeals, Plans of Action (POA), or escalations
Ungating Insurance Exception requests
Refunds or credits are only available if the client has explicitly purchased Ungating Insurance at checkout and meets all eligibility requirements outlined in the Ungating Insurance terms.
If Ungating Insurance was not purchased, the client is not eligible for:
Refunds
Chargebacks
Payment reversals
